Naomi Smulian Art Studio on the Boulevard, Houston

Naomi Smulian Mendel has over 30 years of experience working with art in the magical world of children. She has also created a series of educational materials perfect for teaching toddlers through School-agers. An excellent and easy-to-follow program to use as teacher's training. Originally from Israel, she received her degree in Fine Arts and completed graduate courses from the Beaux Arts and Grand Chaumier of Paris, France.
